Mr. Kamlesh D Shroff is a first generation member who has 36 years experience in trading, investing, broking and advisory business.

The Omniscient Securities , founded by Mr. Kamlesh D Shroff is major brokerage firm having Membership of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE), MCX (Commodities), MSEI (Currency) & Depository Participant (CDSL).

Kamlesh has served on half a dozen Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) committees, has been a Governing Board Member of BSE Brokers Forum & is Director Anmi (Association of National Exchanges Members of India).

His house market views were regularly sought by several TV news channels such as CNBC, CNBC Awaaz, NDTV Profit, Zee Business, etc. and also in print media (Times, Mid day, etc.)

He puts equal if not more, emphasis on health as much as wealth. He is a Director of Prisim healing Institute , an alternative wellness center located in South Bombay. Offering a range of healing therapies under one roof - Acupuncture, Hydrocolonics , yoga, massages by the blind , sound healing, plant food etc. He has done his Diploma in Yogic sciences from Kaivalyadham.

Furthermore, he has completed courses in Vipassana , Art of Living, Reiki, Osho, Vedanta, Participation in Landmark Forum, Shivkhera, Seminars on Deepak Chopra & more. This experience of various fields of Alternative Sciences is what he brings at PRISIM.

He is married to Priti Shroff. She completed her major in Counseling and then went on to do her diploma in Vocational Guidance & Counseling. She started her own unique counseling center and provided a battery of DAT (Differential Aptitude Tests) for children, and provided vocational guidance and counseling for them. After completion of certified courses in Atlanta, U.S.A. of Raw & Living Foods Lifestyle by Brenda Cobb, Reflexology, Feng Shui, Crystal Therapy and Massage Therapy she founded Prisim Healing Institute in 2003. Priti won the empowerment award for her outstanding contribution in the field of health and healing. She has been serving in the field since 2003 & has made some great, valuable and life changing contributions to many lives.

She recently wrote a book Messages from Messengers. It is a story of a woman, who like every ordinary person, endures both: days of happiness and sorrow. However, what sets her apart is her childlike attitude towards life that not only makes situations easier, but also brings her closer towards Divinity.

Their daughter Parmita Shroff (28) is the founder of a plant based kitchen called Prāna Kitchen. A certified raw, vegan food chef and a post graduate diploma in yogic sciences from ICYHC Kaivalyadhama Mumbai. She was an ex-investment banker who changed career paths post volunteering at a Permaculture farm in Auroville. Her practice and style of teaching is deeply rooted from her teachings of Vipassana.
